Cruising, creating and curating ideas on Pinterest is a cornerstone of our process at Tendril, so when Pinterest approached us and our production partners at Psyop to collaborate on their fall campaign showcasing creators and the benefits of following them, we figured this was one story we could certainly tell! The goal was to showcase the act of following creators on Pinterest, revealing the faces behind all the magic found on the platform. We illustrated and animated the portals into the creator’s process, capturing and following the lifecycle of an idea. With a spotlight on the follow button, we showed that when clicked, it explodes into a new visual world leading to the next creator’s idea.
